Colleen Zajac and Valerie Vandenberg presented at the Nebraska Alliance for Conversation and Environmental Education Conference (NACEE) where they showcased the amazing work the East Butler students do with insects.
Congratulations to Bella Christian! She placed 2nd in her Serious Prose Merit Final at the Osceola speech meet! Last week she placed 3rd at the Hampton Speech meet.Next week she will compete at Meridian.
Dwight kindergarten have spent the last week learning about the Winter Olympic Games. Today they had their own games where they did the speedskate (running), bobsled (scooter), curling (broom and paper plate), ski jump (long jump), and ice hokey. They also made medals and torches! We can’t wait to see how the actual games go! Go USA!

Girls and boys basketball parents will be announced between the girls and boys varsity games. Cheerleaders parents will be recognized at halftime of the boys game.

For all kiddos who participated in the EB cheer camp, please be at the game by 4:30 pm on Saturday. After they announce the boys' starting lineups, please meet in the MPR for further instructions. After your child performs, make sure they get their goodie bag from us. The cheerleaders and I would like to thank all the kids who showed up; we had over 30 participate in cheer camp.
