Our Senior class of 2026 volunteered at Oak Creek Sporting Club for the Ronald McDonald House Fundraiser today. They had a great time & thanks to Terry Kriz for inviting our Seniors for this awesome experience!
Learning about career pathways can happen outside too! The 8th Grade Life Skills Class enjoyed the beautiful weather by completing their classwork outside!
The 3rd-5th grade students have adopted a cow! This school year, the students spent 6 months learning about Hazel! Today they spent the day at JJC Jerseys to tour the dairy and meet Hazel!

✉️📬"I'm a-gonna wrap myself in paper, I'm a-gonna dab myself with glue. Stick some stamps on top of my head...I'm gonna mail myself to you!" Dwight kindergarten learned about maps and globes and are working on learning their addresses. Today they mailed a special something to their families to work on writing their addresses! ✉️📬
🐛🦋Dwight kindergarten are continuing learning about lifecycles with real caterpillars in their room! Once they are butterflies they will release them into the 5/6th grade garden!🐛🦋

The East Butler SkillsUSA participants had a great time at the state skills competition in Grand Island. 52 students competed in various competitions representing East Butler. Go Tigers!
The Junior High team finished a respectable 4-4 in today's David City Quiz Bowl. Way to go Tigers!
Update to the track schedules:
HS Fullerton meet that the high school was supposed to attend was rescheduled to a date that doesn't work for us, so we will not attend.
JH meet @ Friend has been rescheduled to Monday, April 13th at 10:00 A.M. Bus will leave at 8:00 A.M.
Here is the order of events for tomorrow's junior high track meet at Osceola. Field events start at 9:00. Bus will leave at 7:15.
🐛 🦋Dwight kindergarten has been learning about butterflies, specifically monarch butterflies, in science. Today they did some interactive learning with the lifecycles and got to enjoy a yummy snack to go along with it! 🐛🦋
The high school track meet scheduled for tomorrow in Fullerton has been postponed. We will update everyone when a new date has been determined.
The FBLA Brainard Easter Egg Hunt scheduled for Saturday morning has been cancelled due to weather. Stay warm!
"March Madness" edition of Tiger Stripes for this group of students who demonstrated Safe-Respectful-Responsible behavior. Each student was able to challenge Mr. Biltoft to a game of their choice including soccer, hockey, baseball, softball, and board games. Congratulations!
The Dwight and Brainard kindergarteners had a fun day at the Columbus Children’s museum and delivering their book to be sent off to be published today!
