Students in kindergarten spend lots of their time learning social/emotional skills that they can apply to their daily lives. The Dwight kindergarteners spent the last 10 weeks completing the New Insights program. In this program they learn how to be problem solvers and meet 4 different characters and their temperaments (personalities). They study how people with each temperament would solve problems and discuss if that would be helpful, kind of helpful, or not helpful. The main thing the class took away from this was "we all have different personalities but we can still be friends". If you ever need help solving a problem be sure to ask one of these kiddos!

All 7th - 12th-grade students are welcome! Sponsored by East Butler FCCLA and FFA.
